Primary Care Internal Medicine Fee
Beyond Basics Medical Practice is a Retainer-Based practice. Monthly membership fee is $325 for individual members, and $300 for each member in the family membership.
The first 6 months' membership fee is payable upon initiation of contract with the practice. Options of annual, quarterly or monthly membership payment available after the initial 6 months.
For members of the practice, inpatient hospital care and medicine consultation provided by Beyond Basics Medicine Physicians is included in the membership fee. No additional fees for office visits or hospital visits.
Medicine Consultation Fee
For non-members, each individual visit charges of $900. Consults can be done in office based visits, nursing home visits, or hospital inpatient settings.
Hospital Care Fee
For non-members, initial hospital visit charge is $900, and $300 for each follow up hospital visit.
